Personal Mission Statement: To help people become more effective through positive change in behaviour.

Hello, I am Nagesh Belludi. This is my blog. I develop products, I speak and coach, and, I invest.

I possess nine years of experience in product development, software design and change management in both consulting and operational roles. Currently, my professional interests are in concurrent systems and organizational development.

For work, I serve as a program manager at an US-based capital goods manufacturer. Additionally, I serve on the boards of two non-profit organizations and consult with ten other non-profit organizations on technology and service-effectiveness. Previously, I worked at Xoran Technologies, the University of Michigan and the Indian Institute of Science.

I speak at companies and universities on topics in personal effectiveness, career development and professional success. I also coach college students and professionals on their careers.

I have invested in stocks and derivatives since age sixteen. Currently, I focus on the civil aviation, logistics, technology, information technology services and retailing industries.

I was born and brought-up in Bangalore. I currently live in Indianapolis, USA. I hold a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a bachelor’s degree with high honors (’rank’) in Mechanical Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. In academics, I specialized in computer-aided methodologies in design and manufacturing.

I was a finalist for the 2005 Indiana “Governor’s Award for Tomorrow’s Leaders,” awarded by the Office of the Governor and the Indiana Humanities Council.
